I am a father of six kids and two grand kids. I am originally from Laurinburg, NC. I am the CEO of God's Chosen Ministries, Inc of Lawton, Director and Co-Partner at Living Water Ministries, Inc of Lawton and Board of Trustee at Family Promise of Lawton, and Soldier Family Readiness Group Leader for the 95th Battalion on Fort Sill. But prior to that, I owned a general contracting business, worked as a Quality Analyst for NASA and Medical Device Companies. Further, I was CEO and Director of Music Movemement Group, out of North Carolina; where I produced, mastered, engineered, promoted and marketed for over 40 artists. In the past I have used events like this one to assist local/indepent artists in reaching their full potential, by providing a platform for artist to reach larger audiences and with a network of industry music professionals are also able to bring major A&R's from various labels out to our events to get a chance to see some of our artists perform live. Further, giving them an opportunity for a distribution/record deal. But, we lean more towards assisting artist with the business skills, marketing tools and education to buid their own labels or advance their labels to the next level. Further, I am part of the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce, and on the TSET Advisory Committee with Comanche County Hospital, and a member of AMBUCS of Lawton Fort Sill, American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society, affiliate and volunteer of Marie Detty, and Bright Pink (Ovarian Cancer Society Prevention). One thing I've learned along the way, is that there is so many areas where help is needed and if we all give just a little bit more of ourselves; the world would be a better place; starting with our own local community. Although, I have not been in Lawton very long, my wife and I Love it here and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!
